The special loan repayment options needed in this industry were such that none of the existing calculators were flexible enough to be used effectively. The Amortizer calculator allows for irregular payment streams. Any number of payments can be skipped, any number of payments can be a fixed amount or it can be a mix of both. A simple interface makes this calculator very easy to use. The database will let you save and review all your loans.
